Target audience for music magazine

The target audience for my music magazine would be both sexes, and it would most likely not be more for one sex as it would be dependant on what genre of music is features and who that would appeal more to. It would be more likely of the ages between 15-early 30s as the most popular chart music would appeal to that age group, however, if a certain established artist or band had recently become more popular then that would be featured which may be more appealing for an older audience, of middle aged adults. They would be interested in current popular music and have a range of genres that they enjoy listening to, they would be open to new upcoming artists but also enjoy looking back at older established artist as well. In their free times they would enjoy going to both large concerts and festivals but also smalls gigs and even listening to live music in pubs and clubs. It could also be targeted to certain fans who own merchandise as follow a new album or single which is being featured in my magazine. Occupation would not matter as the price of my magazine would be appealing to anyone, so that anyone can enjoy it and the articles featured without a worry of it being pointless. Also, due to the age range some of the readers would still be in full time education, in secondary school, college and sixth form or universities. Due to the age range of my target audience, the majority of my readers would be in the lowest class of E as they would ether be still in education or university or just leaving and therefore are less likely to have a high income job, there will be some exceptions to this however that may be in the higher classes.
